BUYER GUIDE / COMMERCIAL QUICK FIT-OUT
PU Decorative Panels for Commercial Quick Fit-Out
Selection guide, not a completed project case. A compressed schedule does not remove the need to verify the wall, selected model, layout, fixing method, packing, and local compliance.
Five Pre-Order Decisions
Reduce Rework Before the Installation Window
Use drawings, photos, sample approval, and a clear installation responsibility map before treating the material as ready for site.
Site survey
Record substrate condition, access, storage, wall moisture, obstructions, power and service zones, working hours, and local site constraints.
Wall dimensions
Provide dimensioned elevations with openings, returns, columns, corners, skirting, ceilings, signage, sockets, and finished levels.
Panel layout
Confirm orientation, visible joints, repeat direction, cuts, waste allowance, focal zones, and how panels meet adjacent materials.
Corners and transitions
Detail internal and external corners, edges, reveals, floor and ceiling junctions, door frames, and transitions before packing.
Installation sequence
Qualified local teams should define substrate preparation, material acclimation if required, cutting, fixing, joint treatment, protection, cleaning, and handover.
Schedule Control
Separate Confirmed Dates from Target Dates
Share the sample approval deadline, production discussion window, dispatch plan, site access date, installation window, and handover target. Lead time and delivery remain subject to the reviewed product, quantity, packing, destination, and current terms.
Do not skip sample review
Confirm the exact model, color and texture direction, representative sample, wall layout, local fixing method, packing sequence, and responsible reviewer before project ordering.
Next Step
Send the Survey, Drawings, and Schedule
Include project type, wall area, destination, selected PU direction, sample need, packing, access, installation window, and required arrival timing.
